Deposits and payments

A nonrefundable deposit of $275 is required. Families may choose one of these payment options:

  • Pay in full.
  • Pay the $275 deposit, then equal monthly installments due March 1, April 1, and May 1, 2027.
  • Pay the $275 deposit, then pay the remaining balance in full on May 1, 2027.

Family cancellations and refunds

To cancel a registration, email info@branchesmeadowbrook.org. For cancellation requests received on or before May 1, tuition paid will be refunded, less the nonrefundable $275 deposit. After May 1, refunds are not available unless the cancellation is for a medical reason.

To request a refund, include the camper's name, the program or dates you want to cancel, and the reason. Please allow the office one week to receive and process the refund request.

Changes and transfers

Email the office to switch weeks or programs. There is no fixed deadline for a switch, but we encourage families to contact us several weeks in advance so we can check availability in the requested program.

If the new program costs more, the family pays the difference. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.

Absences and snow closures

Missed days are not refunded or prorated. If Branches closes camp for snow, tuition is prorated for the days missed. Branches will communicate snow closures to families.

Branches-initiated cancellations or changes

Branches may cancel or alter a program because of enrollment size. If this happens, families will have the option and priority to switch to another program. If no suitable replacement is available, Branches will issue a refund.

Add-on programs and transportation

Transportation, Extended Day, and swim lesson add-ons follow the same cancellation and refund policy as the main camp program. Separately, if bus service becomes unavailable, all transportation fees will be refunded.

How to contact us

Email cancellation, program-switch, and refund requests to info@branchesmeadowbrook.org. Include the camper's name, the program or dates involved, and the reason for a refund request. Please allow one week for the office to receive and process refund requests.

Refund requests made after May 1 will not be granted unless there is a medical reason for the cancellation.
